Terms of Service & Platform Governance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grogrip Media Pvt Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). YT Mastermind is a product of Grogrip Media Pvt Limited. These Terms govern your access to and use of grogrip.com and all associated AI studio features, APIs, and growth engines (the "Service").

By creating an account, initiating a subscription, or interacting with the platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

YT Mastermind provides professional AI-powered infrastructure for YouTube creators, including telemetry benchmarking, outlier discovery, topic research, deep scriptwriting, thumbnail wireframing, AI voice synthesis, SEO optimization, and channel growth intelligence.

To access the platform, you must authenticate through a verified Google account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your territory) to use this Service.

Recurring Payments: A monthly subscription renews each month until you cancel it. A one-time 30-day payment does not auto-renew, and access lasts until that period ends. By initiating a monthly subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.

Cancellation:You may cancel a monthly subscription with Cancel subscription on the Plan & Billing page. You retain full access to all Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. A one-time 30-day payment does not auto-renew, and access lasts until that period ends. Billing and refund requests are covered in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Violating YouTube Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Generating abusive, fraudulent, copyrighted, or malicious video assets
• Reverse engineering, crawling, or launching automated scrapers against our APIs
• Attempting to bypass account limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Reselling or sublicensing direct platform access without prior written consent

AI-generated scripts, hooks, and thumbnail concepts are provided as creative assistance tools. You retain full editorial authority and responsibility for all content published on your YouTube channel.

Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of all scripts, video assets, project archives, and thumbnail compositions you generate or upload to YT Mastermind.

Platform IP: The YT Mastermind branding, software architecture, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation are proprietary property of Grogrip Media Pvt Limited and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WHILE OUR AI MODELS ARE OPTIMIZED ON HIGH-RETENTION YOUTUBE TELEMETRY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC VIEW COUNTS, SUBSCRIBER MILESTONES, OR MONETIZATION OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT MASTERMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

You may terminate your account at any time via your Settings panel. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found in severe violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your platform usage is governed in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which outlines data encryption, API isolation, and creator protection protocols.

We may modify these Terms to accommodate platform evolutions. Registered creators will receive advance notice of material changes through their registered email or in-app dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
