Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YT Mastermind, including the website at ytgrowthsecrets.com and all related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

YT Mastermind is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps YouTube creators with niche research, topic discovery, script writing, thumbnail concepts, channel setup, analytics, and growth strategy. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

YT Mastermind offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro features require an active paid subscription.

Pro Creator plan: ₹14,999 per month, billed monthly through Cashfree. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until that date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or harmful material
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service integrates with Google and YouTube APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to Google's and YouTube's respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services that may affect platform functionality.

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and tools. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content on your YouTube channel or elsewhere.

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by YT Mastermind and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS, INCLUDING YOUTUBE GROWTH, REVENUE, OR ENGAGEMENT.

You acknowledge that success on YouTube depends on many factors outside our control, and we make no promises regarding channel performance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT MASTERMIND AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or discontinuing use. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
