1. Who operates YT Mastermind
YT Mastermind is a product operated by Grogrip Media Pvt Limited("we", "us", or "our"). Charges for YT Mastermind are made by Grogrip Media Pvt Limited.
2. Monthly subscription
Creator Pro is a monthly subscription listed at ₹6,999/month, exclusive of tax. Indian checkouts add 18% GST unless a verified business name and GSTIN exclude GST. Billing runs through Cashfree. A monthly subscription renews each month until you cancel it. A one-time 30-day payment does not auto-renew, and access lasts until that period ends.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly subscription with Cancel subscription on the Plan & Billing page. There is no cancellation fee. After you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not by itself refund a period that has already started. A one-time 30-day payment has no renewal to cancel, and access ends when that period ends.
If a charge is wrong, duplicated, or was taken after a cancellation that should already have stopped renewal, contact us and we will review it. This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service.
