YT Mastermind is a product operated by Grogrip Media Pvt Limited ("we", "us", or "our") at grogrip.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the protections you have when using our Service.

By creating an account or connecting your channel with YT Mastermind, you agree to the collection and use of information as detailed in this policy.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. This is used to authenticate and protect your workspace.

YouTube Channel Data: If you grant permission, we access your YouTube channel data through the official YouTube Data API v3, including channel title, handle, subscriber telemetry, public video metrics, retention signals, and metadata. This powers personalized AI recommendations, outlier benchmarking, and niche intelligence.

Workspace & Creative Assets: Scripts, hooks, storyboards, voiceover audio, generated thumbnail compositions, and research projects you create within the platform are stored securely in your private workspace.

Billing Information: Payments are securely handled by Cashfree. We never store raw credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.

Your data is strictly utilized to operate and enhance your creator workflows:

• Authenticate your session and safeguard workspace projects
• Sync real-time YouTube Studio analytics, viewer retention, and video performance
• Generate bespoke outlier research, script hooks, teleprompter pacing, and thumbnail wireframes
• Process monthly subscriptions and invoices through Cashfree
• Deliver 24/7 technical customer support and system updates
• Detect and mitigate platform abuse, fraud, and unauthorized scraping

Your use of channel features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

You retain complete ownership of your YouTube account and can revoke YT Mastermind's API access at any moment via the Google Security Permissions Page.

When you connect YouTube or use research features, we may store limited YouTube Data API data (such as channel IDs, titles, public statistics, and video metadata) solely to provide YT Mastermind features in your private workspace.

• We do not sell or redistribute YouTube API data.
• Stored YouTube API content data (for example titles and channel names) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, consistent with YouTube API Services policies, unless a shorter period applies.
• Public statistical data and independently generated derived metrics (for example views/hour or competitor scores) may be retained only as allowed under YouTube's developer policies and are clearly generated by YT Mastermind, not provided as official YouTube metrics.
• If you revoke YT Mastermind's access via Google Account permissions, or request account deletion, we delete associated YouTube tokens and synced channel caches. Full account deletion is completed within 30 business days.

When you use AI features (scripts, research, SEO, thumbnails, mentor, or voiceover), the prompt or text needed for that request is sent to the provider that runs the feature. Those providers are listed in the next section.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. Data is transmitted exclusively to infrastructure providers necessary to run the platform:

• Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API: Sign-in and channel data you connect
• Supabase (PostgreSQL): Account, project, and billing records
• Vercel: Hosting
• Cashfree: Checkout, subscriptions, and payment webhooks
• OpenAI: Script, research, SEO, thumbnail, mentor, and some voiceover requests
• Speechify: Voiceover text you generate into speech
• ElevenLabs: Voiceover requests for voices that use ElevenLabs
• Google Sheets (via Sheetbest): Checkout records, including email, phone number, and amount, when Sheetbest is configured
• WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta): Payment-confirmation messages to the mobile number you provide at checkout
• Canva: Thumbnail images you choose to open in Canva
• Convertingg: Name, email, and reaction you submit on the public walkthrough (/vsl)
• GSTIN lookup: The GSTIN and business name you submit, only when GSTIN_VERIFY_API_URL is configured

We retain your account and workspace data as long as your account remains open. When you delete your account, all associated projects, synced channel caches, and tokens are permanently purged within 30 business days. YouTube API data is additionally subject to the retention and deletion rules in Section 4a.

All transactions are handled using 256-bit TLS bank-grade encryption through Cashfree. We retain only subscription status identifiers and transaction receipt IDs to manage your Creator Pro membership.

As a creator on YT Mastermind, you have the right to:

• Export your scripts, research archives, and generated audio assets
• Request a complete copy of all stored profile telemetry
• Request permanent deletion of your account and associated database records
• Revoke YouTube channel synchronization at any time
• Cancel recurring subscriptions instantly with zero penalty fees

YT Mastermind is designed for creators who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect platform advancements or regulatory standards. Substantive changes will be announced with updated timestamps on this page.
