Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. This is used to create and manage your account.

YouTube data. If you grant permission, we access your YouTube channel data through the YouTube Data API, including channel name, description, statistics (subscribers, views, video count), and video metadata. This data is used to power analytics, channel setup, and personalized AI recommendations within the platform.

Profile and onboarding data. Information you provide during onboarding, such as niche interests, goals, experience level, and channel preferences.

Usage and content data. Projects, scripts, research results, thumbnail concepts, and other content you create or generate within the platform.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Cashfree. We do not store your full card or bank details. We receive subscription status, payment confirmation, and billing identifiers from Cashfree to manage your plan.

Technical data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used for security, debugging, and service improvement.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and provide access to the platform
• Sync and display your YouTube channel analytics and metadata
• Generate AI-powered research, scripts, thumbnails, and growth recommendations
• Process subscriptions and manage billing through Cashfree
• Improve product features, performance, and user experience
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues

YT Mastermind uses Google OAuth for authentication and the YouTube Data API for channel-related features. Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

You can revoke YT Mastermind's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Certain features use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to generate content and recommendations. When you use these features, relevant prompts and context (such as your niche, channel goals, or script content) may be sent to AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your data to train public AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, including:

• Google (authentication and YouTube API)
• Cashfree (payment processing)
• OpenAI (AI feature generation)
• Supabase/PostgreSQL (database hosting)
• Vercel (application hosting)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We retain your account and platform data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
